To enable the identification of potential issues quickly, the decree data for each Court is segmented into Small Claims ( up to £3,000), Summary Causes ( up to £5,000) and Ordinary Causes ( over £5,000). Other designated sections provide details on Insolvency events such as Sequestrations, Trust Deeds and appointment of Receivers.
