Stubbs Monitoring Service

If you have a specific group of customers that you would like to monitor, Stubbs provides a real time Credit Monitoring service. Once you create your list of customer records for monitoring, you will be notified of any future significant events that occur, relating to that record. Furthermore, for your convenience, you will always be prompted to “switch monitoring on” when carrying out a search on an individual, company or business.

Significant events include:

• Judgments – recently registered for non-payment of a debt
• Limited Company Notices – Receiver, Liquidator or Examiner appointments
• Petitions for Winding Up a Clients Company by another Creditor
• Bankruptcies
• Disqualified Directors
• Unsecured Creditors – Companies who have had to write off a debt
• Debt Recovery Data – Companies who have been sent a Stubbs Demand Letter/Placed with Stubbs for full debt collection
• Tenders Data – Exclusive to Stubbs

When monitoring is selected as part of a Stubbs Credit Check, there is an additional 1 unit charge. For the bulk initial take on of a list of records for monitoring, there is a 2 Unit charge for each record that is monitored. The detail associated with any significant event will be included in the email advice.

Whenever you place an enquiry with BPSG, we will always alert you if something significant occurs in the next 12 months, regardless of whether you selected monitoring or not – but don’t forget, if you haven’t selected monitoring at just 1 unit per case, you’ll pay the full 3 unit price each time you need to re-check the case.
