We recently launched STUBBSTEXTING and our customers have found that it dramatically increased their chances of recovery when used with STUBBSDEMAND letters. You can now send a STUBBSTEXT to your debtor by providing their mobile phone number on the Debtor Registration form that you normally fill out.

Single Orders

The STUBBSTEXT costs an additional 4 units and will only be sent out if the debtor has not responded to the  STUBBSDEMAND letter within 5 working days.

Here's how it works:

• Day 1
  • Enter Debtors Details and Mobile Number
  • STUBBSDEMAND Letter posted
  • If debtor responds within 5 workings days, STUBBSTEXT is cancelled and
    units are not deducted from your account. If debtor does not respond.
• Day 5
  • STUBBSTEXT sent to Debtors mobile requesting them to contact you immediately

All you have to do is provide us with the Debtors details online and

we will send out the required letter by post and/or email on your behalf.

You can choose from these 2 letters, Urgent Demand and Final Demand.
