Veolia Environmental Services began using StubbsGazette Demand letters in 2008 in response to a change in customer payment patterns and a tightening of credit lines. Once an account has failed to honour a payment plan, or if there has been a breakdown in communication, we immediately send out a Stubbs Demand letter. We are very pleased with the results obtained, as on average 85% of accounts pay on receipt of the letter.
